Ground services will be available for perishable packages that are traveling within a two day transit time. Please keep in mind that FedEx Ground does not guarantee delivery dates. FedEx and Rascal's Cajun Express will not be held responsible for any losses caused by Ground delays. ** Remember if you choose ground shipping and are outside of the 2 day shipping map Rascal's Cajun Express will not be responsible for any delay's caused by FedEx or any adverse weather conditions that may arise after your order is placed.
- FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight Services
These services ensure quicker delivery times and guaranteed freshness upon arrival.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates for 2nd Day and Overnight will be based on the day packages are shipped, and not the day that the order is placed.

- A shipping and handling fee is applied to all perishable goods orders, covering the cost of the ice chest, box, and dry ice. Shipping rates are in addition to the handling fee. You can place your order online at rascalscajunexpress.com.
- Rascal’s Cajun Express is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or adverse weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for FedEx delays once your order has left our facility.
- Our goal is to fulfill your orders to your satisfaction. After purchasing your desired products, your order will be forwarded to our shipping department for processing. If the actual shipping price changes during processing, we will contact you promptly to discuss the new shipping cost, delivery times, packaging requirements (such as dry ice, boxes, and ice chests), and any associated fees.
- To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate building numbers, apartment numbers, and a telephone number when prompted. Business orders are delivered by the close of business (5:00 p.m.), while home delivery times may vary without incurring additional fees.
- We use reusable styrofoam insulated coolers, corrugated boxes, and frozen ice packs to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. The costs of packaging and shipping are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and they are calculated using current FedEx rates.
- While we strive to provide personalized and friendly service, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, all perishable food sales are final and not eligible for product or money-back guarantees, including packaging and shipping costs. We do not accept returns.

Rascal's Cajun Express will not be responsible for any delays caused by FedEx or any adverse weather conditions. Rascal's Cajun Express will not be responsible for any losses caused by packages being shipped to a closed business, an incorrect address made by the sender, or if packages are refused by the recipient. Address changes after a package has been shipped may cause delays in delivery. For the security of your package, if it is a value over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery.
